In addition to being an engineering and automation company, Control Sistem also identifies and operates as a general contractor and system integrator.

In the field of test benches and test systems, Control Sistem offers are complete in every aspect. The mechanical, electrical, fluidic and automation equipment is designed and tested directly by Control Sistem, which uses its network of suppliers for the construction and assembly, wiring and installation of the various components. In addition, in order to meet certain technical specifications and objectives of the customer, it is often necessary to integrate specific instruments or equipment (such as refrigeration units, analysis instruments, etc.) into the system supplied, which, even if not directly designed by Control Sistem, are included in the project to be built and installed at the customer’s premises, together with the rest of the supply, ensuring their integration with the other components of the system.

In a wider context, and mainly in relation to the construction of a complete test cell, Control Sistem assumes the role of a General Contractor, a company that, in addition to designing, building and installing test benches, is also able to design and build all the auxiliary systems that a test bench requires, the architecture of the test cell where a test bench will be installed and the building that will house the test cells, if necessary.

In addition to the necessary design, construction and installation activities at the customer’s site, the turnkey service is completed with the final phase of testing, commissioning and training of each equipment supplied and, especially with regard to very complex and articulated system supplied, with a phase of training and assistance in which Control Sistem technicians support and supervise the customer work during the first phases of use of the system or test bench provided.

The Stages of the Process:

  1. Analysis and Design: the primordial phase of a turnkey supply consists of an in-depth analysis of the customer needs and objectives. This phase typically begins in the quotation phase and then evolves more on a larger scale downstream of the purchase order. During this phase, Control Sistem designers and engineers develop tailor-made solutions, considering any aspect related to technical specifications and industry regulations.
  2. Material Procurement: the network of suppliers collaborating with Control Sistem is decidedly wide and constantly in development. This allows both to have a certain guarantee and reliability on the efficiency and quality of the products supplied and the possibility of evaluating alternative solutions if necessary.
  3. Assembly and Installation: all the shipping, receiving, installation, assembly and wiring of the several components can be entrusted entirely to Control Sistem. Also in this case, the wide network of mechanical, electrical, fluidic, etc. installers collaborating with Control Sistem, allows the company to personally take care of all the installation phases at the customer’s site. Control Sistem site managers have the necessary experience to supervise the work of each individual installer and thus ensure the operation and implementation of the entire system in accordance with the project.
  4. Testing and Validation: the test cell, the test bench or, more generally, the system supplied are subjected to the necessary acceptance and validation tests, in order to ensure compatibility with the project specifications. This phase is crucial to ensure the reliability and operation of each individual apparatus as a whole.
  5. Staff Training: Control Sistem is sure that the key to exploiting the full potential of any system or test bench lies in knowledge and therefore in specialized training. Training courses are usually carried out immediately after the delivery of a new system, with the aim of making the operator personnel ready for an efficient and safe use.
  6. After-Sales Service: Control Sistem technicians are available to provide support to operators, allowing them to overcome any doubts about the use of the system and allowing Control Sistem to ensure that the operators themselves are able to operate safely.
