The Service and Maintenance Department, in addition to providing a maintenance proposal after the delivery of a system, also provides any technical assistance if necessary. Control Sistem goal is to offer to each of its customers maximum performance and continuous reliability of the test systems supplied.

Maintenance and assistance service:

  1. Specialized Technical Assistance: Control Sistem is made up of expert technicians, ready to offer specialized assistance to resolve any doubts or solve any hardware or software problem, which could affect the performance of a system supplied in the past.
  2. Preventive Maintenance: preventive maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and efficiency of a system or test bench. Maintenance programs are already analysed and proposed in the preventive phase. Control Sistem is a System Integrator and a General Contractor, so maintenance programs may include, depending on the system supplied, periodic inspections, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic maintenance, calibrations, replacement of worn components, etc.
  3. Extraordinary Maintenance: prevention is better than to cure, but inconveniences can happen and they can be solved. After a customer communication of an anomaly on a system or test bench, the Service and Maintenance Department schedules a technical intervention (remotely or on-site, as the case may be) to understand the extent and the cause of the problem and then to organize the repairing as soon as possible.
  4. Warranty interventions: the approach is similar to the management of extraordinary maintenance, but if the anomaly found by the customer is related to a hardware or software defect not related to incorrect use of the system and the warranty period agreed between the parties has not expired yet, the repair intervention is carried out in the shortest possible time and without the customer having to incur any additional cost.
