Within the technical documentation of the system supplied, there is a list of the components that Control Sistem suggests to purchase, to avoid a system or test bench stop. This list is subsequently re-presented within the maintenance proposal.

The Assistance and Maintenance Department is also available to provide a purchasing and installation service for any components to be replaced. Anyway, the purchasing service is not mandatory: by communicating the product codes already in the list of the recommended spare parts, every customer has the opportunity to buy these components by their own and store them in their factory; Control Sistem technicians can then be entrusted with the task of correctly installing the spare part to be replaced and verifying the correct restart of the system.
