Every system, test cell or test bench can have the need and opportunity to be evolved over time for several reasons:

  • To keep the system up to date with the new regulations in force.
  • To enhance the system with new features that were not initially taken into consideration, because they were not considered necessary for the customer work (budget saving).
  • To need to vary the type of test that the bench or the test cell must perform.
  • To replace obsolete equipment and implement new and more performing ones.

Proposing a totally new system is not always a winning and viable solution; in fact, the flexibility of Control Sistem is also manifested in evaluating the possibilities of modernizing existing systems, instead of focusing on a solution that is easier to follow, but more expensive for the customer.

  1. Customized Evaluation: Control Sistem technicians and engineers provide an evaluation service of current systems or test benches, analysing their characteristics, potential, performance, if possible, and specific needs to identify the best retrofit solutions to meet the required objectives.

Integration of Technical Documentation: to make it possible to rejuvenate a system, it is obviously necessary for the customer to share with Control Sistem all the documentation useful for the preliminary analysis activity. Once the retrofit project has been completed, the technical file can then be easily integrated with the new documentation produced (wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, manuals, etc.).
  4. Energy Saving: the implementation of new components and technologies tends to give greater efficiency from an energy point of view and therefore contributes to reduce operating costs and to make the system more sustainable.
