After an order receipt, Control Sistem establishes a Project Manager having the task of coordinating a team of Control Sistem resources that will be dedicated to the development of the supply, both in terms of design and in terms of installation and final delivery.

1. Strategic Planning: the key to a successful project is a strategic planning. The Project Team works in collaboration with the customer to define objectives, delivery times and necessary resources, ensuring detailed and structured planning.
2. Resource Coordination: managing resources efficiently is critical to the success of the project. Personnel, equipment and suppliers are carefully coordinated to maximize efficiency and keep the project on track.
3. Variations and Implementations: starting from the budgeting phase, potential alternative solutions are communicated to the customer together with the technical compromises that can be reached, with a view to promoting economic savings. Any changes to the project in progress can also be estimated and are agreed with the customer too.
4. Risk Management: every project involves potential risks. Our approach to risk management involves identifying and proactively mitigating potential obstacles and slowdowns, ensuring that the project runs smoothly.
5. Effective Communication: communication is essential at every stage of a project development. An open and constant dialogue is maintained together with the customer, providing regular updates on the status of the project, any changes and the resolution of any problems.
