In a constantly evolving world, where innovation is crucial for success, Control Sistem stands as a company that does not limit itself to providing standard products, but also to engineering and then customizing the systems, test benches and test stations of its product catalogue according to the customer needs. Furthermore, the sales process does not stop at the final delivery of the plant or the machine, but continues with after-sales and maintenance activities, which contribute to keep the systems supplied in a state of correct working and to possibly evolve them according to the customer future needs.
Starting from a first contact with a customer (new or consolidated), there are usually two types of services that Control Sistem can offer:
Downstream of receipt of a purchase order, Control Sistem assigns a Project Manager to take charge of the supply ordered by the customer from start to finish. The Project Manager, together with the work team that will be identified (designers, installers, site manager, technicians, etc.), will carry out the development of the supply together with the customer, up to the installation phase at the final destination plant.
Downstream of the installation and the first independent tests, it follows a commissioning phase with the customer, which typically consists of a test with the it, a training course on the system supplied and, if agreed by the purchasing contract, an after-sales assistance phase in which one or more Control Sistem technicians support users of the system supplied during the first uses of the it.
After that the system is delivered to the customer, the relationship between the latter and Control Sistem continues, because Control Sistem will propose a maintenance contract with the following objectives:
