Control

Control Sistem designs and manufactures test stations for battery cells, intended for characterization, functional verification and input selection processes. These stations are used both in production and in R&D laboratories, allowing the execution of automated and highly repeatable tests on cells of various technologies (Li-ion, LFP, NMC, etc.). Test stations may include the following items:

  • Main electrical cabinet for test automation
  • Identification code reading and traceability devices (barcode/DM)
  • Laser sensors for measuring cell temperature
  • Digital multimeters for open-circuit voltage measurement (OCV)
  • Specific contact systems for prismatic, pouch or cylindrical cells
  • Inductive sensors for cell presence/absence detection
  • AC-IR impedance measurement instrumentation
  • Insulation tester for checking electrical insulation between polarities and ground
  • Optical sensors for dimensional measurements and geometric verification
  • Non-contact measuring systems for fast and safe evaluation of critical parameters
  All components are integrated into a proprietary software application, operating on Panel PCs, which allows test configuration, automatic sequence execution, data acquisition, real-time graphical display, alarm management and structured export of results. Control Sistem's modular approach allows hardware and software configurations to be adapted according to customer specifications, production volumes and cell type. The contact system is custom-designed to ensure electrical reliability and mechanical repeatability, even in high-throughput environments.
