In addition to the wide range of products dedicated to testing for endothermic engines, Control Sistem has now expanded its products catalogue to include a series of solutions dedicated to the electric traction and with purposes that can go beyond the scope of experimentation. An example of the latter statement are storage containers and reconditioning lines for high-voltage vehicle-mounted batteries.

Control Sistem designs and builds test cells. All the test benches and test cells made by Control Sistem (engines, rollers, powertrains and transmissions) can be converted or built in an electric version, integrating battery emulators, high-voltage power supplies, power distribution units, etc., and developing communication protocols both with the aforementioned components,  and with the new intelligences of the units under test, such as the electric axle control units (transmission test cells) to keep the testing process fully automatic.

The design of test benches for e-Drive applications is a well-established goal for Control Sistem and it aims to support the transition to an increasingly sustainable future in the field of electric and hybrid mobility.
