On Monday, June 9, 2025, the official signing ceremony of the “Charter for Equal Opportunities and Workplace Equality” took place at the Conference Center of the Unione Industriali of Turin. Control Sistem proudly participated in the event as a signatory.
The Charter, promoted at the national level by Fondazione Sodalitas in collaboration with the European Union and supported locally by the Unione Industriali Torino, represents a concrete commitment to fostering an inclusive corporate culture, valuing diversity, and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
